We will work with your school schedule to find shifts that work for YOU!Peaceful Pines - Brookings is a brand-new senior living community opening this fall to provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care services for area seniors.We are seeking an experienced caregiver to join our hardworking team of professionals as a Resident Care Aide (RCA).The role: The RCA's primary role is to ensure the well-being and protection of every resident through the delivery of high-quality care. The RCA is responsible for aiding residents with daily living activities that may include but are not limited to bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, walking, transporting, and other cares. The RCA can be trained to become a Medication Aide who administers prescribed medications to residents, as delegated by the community's Registered Nurse.We have full-time and part-time opportunities for this non-exempt role. The RCA will report to the Director of Nursing.Qualifications: Candidates must be dependable, have a contagiously positive attitude, and a passion for working with seniors and/or caring for others. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and employees.
