- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Assist with patient assessments, including vital signs, and document patient information accurately.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Valid LPN or LVN license in New York State.
- Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
